We are home to a supportive learning community where young artists can develop as leaders based on their own values, unique capacities, and mission in life. Carried out in collaboration with nonprofit, schools and public-agency partners (such as City of Salinas, Big Sur Land Trust and “Take it Outside” at Natividad Creek Park in East Salinas), the program engages 100-150 participants, artists and attendees at monthly community events with a multidisciplinary curriculum exploring issues related to public art, land use, and social equity and Organic farming.
